I was asked to create the certificate that will be handed out together with the price for the Ecological Producer's Award in North Norway. This years price was awarded to Torill Kåven.

Another research trip to Finnmark to collect more stories about Rømmekolle, the fermented milk culture unique to Norway originally cultured from leaves of Butterworth. Met some wonderful people  sharing their Rømmekolle stories and serving home made Rømmekolle made with milk from Ivar Øverli at the summer fair at Svanhovd. Thank you Pikene på Broen for yet another well organised and interesting journey.

Why put art on the walls if you can eat it? Exploring Microcosmos at Schumacher College in Devon was a rich experience where bacteria met humans in a wonderful social fermentation. Food for the soul and for the eyes.

GREEN ART LAB SEMINAR
